Jennifer Benson

The School Solution is where families find support and solutions for their adolescent or young adult child whose innate strengths and gifts have been masked by social, emotional, behavioral, and/or environmental challenges. To ensure that our recommended schools/programs are the best fit for our clients, we travel throughout the country visiting supportive boarding schools, therapeutic boarding schools, residential treatment centers, wilderness programs, and hospitals/acute-care facilities. 

With the lens of a parent, Jennifer brings empathy, compassion, and understanding to the process and as a Master’s level social worker, she has the clinical assessment skills to evaluate the educational and mental health needs of her clients and the programs to which she refers. She enjoys working with complex children and family systems and guiding them toward a path of wellness. Prior to acquiring an MSW and consulting, Jennifer worked for independent schools.
